  • The hotel day lasts from 13.00 to 12.00 (it is possible to arrange the arrival time in advance).  

  • Damage of the mattress results in charging the Guest with the expense for cleaning the mattress and bed linen (200 PLN).

  • It is forbidden to use accommodation for people not registered in Villa Zosieńka. The Guest cannot transfer the accommodation to third parties, even if the period for which he paid the has not expired.

  • Rooms are rented after presenting your ID card or passport and after payment.

  • In Villa Zosieńka silence is obligatory from 22:00 to 06:00 in the morning. During this time, people who are not registered in Villa Zosieńka are not allowed to stay in the area. Each unregistered person staying at the Villa in the above hours will be asked to pay the amount due for the stay (rate calculated for the room in which the person is currently located).

  • Responsibility for Guests visitors is borne by the Guests

  • The behavior of Guests of Villa Zosieńka and third parties should not disturb the peaceful stay of other Guests. The object may refuse further stay to the person who violates this rule, does not comply with the rules in it without refund of the fee for accommodation.

  • For reasons of fire safety, it is forbidden to use in the rooms heaters and other similar devices that do not constitute room equipment.

  • The property is completely non-smoking. For breaking this rule Villa Zosieńka will charge the Guest with a penalty of PLN 500.

  • It is possible to stay with animals.

  • After moving out and leaving the room, you must hand in the keys at the reception. For lost keys Villa Zosieńka will charge the Guest with a penalty of 50 PLN for each key.

  • The Guest bears financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of the equipment in Villa Zosieńka.

  • Guests have the right to submit complaints in the event of noticing the deficiencies in the quality of services provided. All complaints are accepted by the reception. The complaint consideration time is 72h.

  • Any defects in the rooms should be reported to the reception on arrival. No notification means no faults or damage.

  • It is forbidden to rearrange the furniture in the rooms.

  • Villa Zosieńka is not responsible for any valuables left in the room.

  • Items left in the room in case of leaving it by the Guest will be kept for one month.

  • It is recommended to keep order and cleanliness in rooms and in the common area. Particularly take care of cleanliness in the kitchens.

  • Guests of Villa Zosieńka are obliged to comply with fire regulations and general safety rules.

  • We are not responsible for any failures and their effects independent of us.

  • Villa Zosieńka does not return money after paying the fee for the night.

  • We wish you a pleasant stay in our Villa, hoping that you will visit us again.
